Bard Real Estate is a firm of chartered surveyors specializing in valuations, property management and sales. Prospective franchisees can choose their areas of interest and our experienced team will start training before launching their franchise.

What training do we offer?
We are committed to making sure every one of our franchisees receive full training – not only when they join our team, but throughout their entire career with Bard Real Estate. Training and development are vital to our franchise and key to the continued success of the company in general. By giving you the very best skill-base, we can unlock your potential and help you to become even more successful. We can provide training in:

  • General 'Estate Agent' skills in valuations, sales, property management
  • General `Lettings Agent` skills
  • Day-to-day business requirements
  • Internal, reporting and computer systems
  • Prospecting and marketing

  • Our initial 3 week training programme will take place at our Head Office. At the outset we will supply you with one key member of staff with all the know-how to set up and operate your business. You will shadow and learn from our qualified staff in every discipline and will experience several days of life in the real estate world. An additional 5 days training in your premises' will be provided to help and support you in your early stages of operation. Ongoing training will be provided as both refreshers when necessary, and for any new services, products or operational procedures introduced.
  • Launch Programme
    Together, we will launch your business. This will be achieved by bring all you prospective clients at an affordable venue and make sure enough noise is made, making the entrance of a big lion in real estate for all to notice.
  • Marketing Programmes
    In addition to your own individual Launch Programme to get you off to the best possible start, we will help you to develop a Local Marketing Programme geared to the needs of your territory. Plus you will enjoy the benefits of our Head Office Marketing Programme which will be promoting the Bard Real Estate brand across a wider geographical area.

Financial Information

What will the Franchise cost me?
The Franchise Package Fee - Negotiable
National Marketing Levy - 2% plus VAT of turnover payable monthly
Monthly franchise fee between 6-10% of turnover or fixed sum as agreed
